FROM BELTWAY 695
Take Beltway 695 to Exit 15B (Ellicott City).  Proceed to far left lane.  At the first traffic light (WINTERS LANE) make a LEFT TURN.  (See BP Gas Station) Go to the second street (BOOKER ROAD) and TURN RIGHT.  Go to the first street which is MELVIN AVENUE and turn LEFT.  Follow all the way down to the DEAD END.  New Life will be on your right hand side.
